Reconciliations Specialist - Crypto

As our Crypto reconciliation specialist, you’ll play a key part in delivering highly accurate reconciliations getting hands-on with numbers and data. Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of on-chain balances, custody platforms (including Fireblocks or similar solutions), internal ledgers, and fiat balances with on/off-ramp providers and banks.
- Monitor per-token asset–liability matching.
- Support treasury operations including wallet rebalancing, crypto-to-stablecoin or fiat conversions.
- Oversee reconciliation and settlement flows with crypto on/off-ramp providers, including validation of conversions, fees, FX rates, and settlement timing.
- Work with back office and platforms to monitor wallet balances, transaction status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury and reconciliation reports, and support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure accurate reporting and controlled execution.
- Analysing Reports, Data tables and various data feeds using analysis tools to evaluate changes in data and resolve anomalies.

- 3–6+ years of experience in finance, treasury, reconciliation, or risk roles, with hands-on exposure to crypto or digital asset operations (required)
- Relevant financial qualification (required)
- Practical understanding of blockchain transaction flows and wallet structures (required)
- Experience working with crypto on/off-ramp providers, exchanges, or payment platforms, including crypto–fiat settlement processes (required)
- Experience working with multi-token or high-volume transactional platforms (nice-to-have)
- Experience in fintech, gaming, or crypto-native environments (nice-to-have)
- Exposure to KYT/AML transaction monitoring or audit support (nice-to-have)
