People Operations Specialist
As a People Operations Specialist, you'll help create a seamless employee experience by supporting key moments throughout the employee lifecycle. From onboarding new teammates to managing job changes and supporting departures, you'll play an important role in ensuring our people processes run efficiently and accurately. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll combine operational excellence, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement to help our People Team deliver exceptional service and support.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, job changes, separations, leave management, time tracking, and employee documentation.
- Process and maintain employee data across our core systems, including Workday, payroll platforms, and electronic document management tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to employee, manager, and stakeholder inquiries through our case management system while meeting established service-level agreements.
- Conduct regular audits and reporting activities to maintain data integrity and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Partner with teams across People, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and the broader business to resolve issues and support operational initiatives.
- Monitor updates to local employment legislation and help ensure people processes remain compliant with applicable requirements.
- Create and maintain process documentation and knowledge resources to support consistency and scalability across People Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (required).
- At least 2 year of experience supporting Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar operational function (required).
- Experience working with Human Capital Management systems (required).
- Workday experience (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate employee data and documentation (required).
- An analytical mindset with experience auditing data, identifying issues, and driving process improvements (required).
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment (required).
- A collaborative, people-focused approach and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and functions (required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (required).
