Shift Coordinator

Description

The Shift Coordinator ensures efficient shift operations by managing schedules, supporting team communication, overseeing inventory, and handling reporting. This role serves as a key point of contact for staff, ensuring smooth workflows and alignment with company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming staff requests.
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality of team members.
  • Handle Time off Requests and transportation of the employees.
  • Adjust break list in case of any emergency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team members during the shift.
  • Communicate updates, changes and important information from management.
  • Coordinate uniforms, check and restock common areas during night hours.
  • Send daily reports on Absence, Lateness or other incidents.
  • Responsible for accurate and detailed incident reporting.
  • Ensure proper follow-up to maintain clear and precise records for accountability.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively (required).
  • Excellent communication skills to serve as the primary contact for employees and management (required).
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and reporting processes (required).
  • Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or coordination role (preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate documentation and reporting (required).
  • Problem-solving skills to address emergencies or unplanned situations promptly (required).
  • Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (required).
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint) (required).
