Team Manager
The Team Manager role involves coaching and supporting team members to achieve goals and develop the skills necessary to deliver results. The position requires identifying team strengths and weaknesses to delegate tasks effectively, setting clear objectives, and evaluating progress. The manager is responsible for maintaining smooth studio operations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring clear communication across the team.

- Prevent and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Organise team initiatives and meetings, ensuring clear communication and accessibility of documents.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of Game Presenters and Shufflers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Communicate updates, changes and instructions clearly and promptly to all team members.
- Manage Game Presenter and shuffler teams, including identifying training needs and assigning employees to re-training when required.
- Lead pre-shift meetings to align teams on daily goals, updates and expectations.
- Support shift coordinators with staff rotations and handling operational mistakes.
- Maintain smooth studio operations during the shift in line with company standards.
- Minimum of 8 month of experience in team management (required).
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (required).
- Experience in the industry (preferred).
- Relevant professional certifications (preferred).
- Candidate must be proficient either in Georgian and English or Turkish and English (required).
