Description

We are looking for a SENA Apprentice in the productive stage of the Human Talent Management programme or related fields, with an interest in developing their professional experience within the Human Resources area in a dynamic international company. The selected person will provide support in administrative processes, document management, employee welfare, and personnel administration, actively participating in initiatives that contribute to the employee experience and the achievement of the area's objectives. Responsibilities
  • Organise and manage employee CVs and documentation physically and digitally in the ATS system.
  • Update and maintain employee work files.
  • Digitize documents and upload information to the company's internal platforms.
  • Archive and record disciplinary processes, ensuring correct document traceability.
  • Record labour and disciplinary documentation in EvoNation.
  • Provide logistical support for employee welfare activities and initiatives.
  • Support internal communications related to programmes and activities for employees.
  • Manage affiliations and support the reporting of payroll changes and deductions.
  • Carry out affiliations of main members and beneficiaries to Comfama, as well as updating information and managing disaffiliations when necessary.
  • Support the preparation of disciplinary documents, summons, and statements of defence in accordance with established formats and procedures.
Requirements
  • Be a student of the Human Talent Management programme or related areas and have approval to undertake the productive stage through a SENA apprenticeship contract. (required)
