HR Assistant - Onboarding
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the administrative and operational routines of the HR department. This professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labour processes, document control, and employee support.
- Support in employee onboarding, termination, and integration processes;
- Perform control and verification of electronic timekeeping;
- Manage holidays, benefits, leaves of absence, and medical certificates;
- Organise and keep labour documents and digital files up-to-date;
- Provide assistance to employees to clarify doubts related to the HR department;
- Support audits and internal processes of the area.
- Secondary school completion (higher education in HR, Administration, or related fields, currently studying or completed, is desirable) (required)
- Previous experience in HR routines (required)
- Basic knowledge of labour legislation (required)
- Familiarity with payroll and electronic timekeeping systems (required)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (required)
- Good verbal and written communication skills (required)
- Organisation, discretion, and attention to detail (required)
- Experience with eSocial (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge of systems such as TOTVS, Senior, ADP, or similar (nice-to-have)
- Experience in medium or large companies and in fast-paced growth environments (nice-to-have)
