Equipment Support Specialist
Description
This role is for an Equipment Support Specialist at Evolution Georgia. The position involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of equipment within the gaming environment. The specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks to guarantee equipment availability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Install, clean, change and regulate simple equipment
- Perform equipment tests
- Ensure preventive equipment maintenance
- Monitor equipment performance, make assessments and make decisions about needed actions
- Ensure equipment availability 24/7
- Report equipment related issues
- Roulette wheels, deck checker, shuffle machines cleaning/maintenance/exchange
- Tables’ inspection
- Cards/equipment transportation from storage and back
- Organize equipment utilization
- Monitor climate on gaming floors and storage
- Monitor and track equipment in stock
- Cooperate with other departments
Requirements
- Secondary education, higher technical education is preferable
- Technical work experience preferable up to 6 months
- Professional Working Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal
- Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, etc.
- High sense of responsibility
- Ability to maintain assigned tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in team as well as independently
- Quick reaction and attention to details
- Ability to cope with pressure
- Ability to handling confidential information
