As an Internal Communication Specialist, you will play an important role in planning and delivering employee engagement activities, internal events and communication initiatives that help create a positive employee experience and strengthen our company culture. Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Organize recurring monthly activities, celebrations, awareness campaigns and employee-focused programs.
  • Create and publish internal communication content across different communication channels.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal communication platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations teams and other stakeholders to deliver engaging employee initiatives.
  • Coordinate suppliers, logistics and communication related to internal events.
  • Assist in communicating company updates, projects and key business information to employees.
  • Support the development of new ideas that help strengthen employee engagement and company culture.
Requirements

  • You are fluent in Lithuanian and English. (required)
  • You are interested in internal communications, employee engagement and company culture. (required)
  • Experience in event organisation, communications, marketing or project coordination. (nice-to-have)
  • Experience creating content for internal or external communication channels. (nice-to-have)
  • Experience working with suppliers, agencies or event partners. (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and communication platforms. (nice-to-have)
