Jaunākais HRIS administrators(-e) / Junior HRIS Administrator
We are looking for a motivated Junior HRIS Administrator who will support the operation of the HRIS system, maintain and develop reports, assist users with daily inquiries, contribute to the implementation of new solutions, and actively participate in process improvement within a global organisation.
- Provide support in implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting the HRIS globally
- Build, automate, and maintain reports in the HRIS
- Create user guides, standards, and manuals, and organise and conduct training sessions for local HR teams, employees, and managers
- Support local HR teams and front-end users with daily issues and requests
- Support the implementation of various HRIS modules, add-ons, custom developments, and enhancements
- Proactively contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
- First-level higher education in relevant field (required)
- Fluent English, both written and spoken for performing job duties – working with the company's internal systems and daily communication with other international departments (required)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (required)
- Basic knowledge of HRIS and some experience in administering IT systems (required)
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and maintain resilience in stressful situations (required)
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, customer focus, and good communication skills (required)
- Monthly salary of EUR 1500 - 1800 (gross)
