Evolution is hiring Game Presenters to work in a modern studio environment. No casino floor, no prior experience required — we provide paid training. This position is an excellent opportunity to join the fast-growing team.
Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera
- Interact with players in real time (just like guests!)

Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- 1+ year in restaurant, bar, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable being on camera
- Reliable and professional
- Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
- Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
Benefits
- Starting at $7.00 per hour plus a guaranteed tip rate of $10.00 per hour, for a total of $17.00 per hour. After 3 months, your base rate increases to $8.00 per hour plus the guaranteed $10.00 tip rate, bringing your total compensation to $18.00 per hour.
