- Be responsible for making sure change requests in existing studios are carried out
- Be responsible for coordinating and planning relocation of tables
- Be responsible for creating accurate cost estimates for the tasks performed
- Lead the planning and implementation of own project
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, both internal and external
- Manage project budget and project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Support the Sales Team with communication to clients as well as representing the company on your own
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Provide pro-active stakeholder management
- Assist with internal and external communication
- Support Project Managers with tasks within larger projects
- To participate in testing and implementation of project results in a manner, which is in accordance with procedures
- If necessary, to prepare the documentation of products, procedures and programs
- To make proposals for improving products, programs and work procedures and to participate in bringing those improvements into live.
- Higher education with a relevant professional qualification in project management preferred
- Previous project coordinator or up to 5 years experience as project assistant preferred
- Good knowledge of Project Management Theory
- Ability to work in a team
- High sense of responsibility
- Professional Working Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal
- Good level of computer skills
