Project Manager

A Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget and standards control. This position is crucial for guiding projects through their lifecycle and ensuring successful outcomes.

• Lead the planning and implementation of project.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans and timelines.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Manage project budget and project resource allocation.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team, cooperate with other departments.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Provide pro-active stakeholder management.

• Bachelors in Engineering, Construction, or equivalent. (required)
• Solid experience in project management, from conception to delivery. (required)
• Qualification in Project Management is considered an asset. (preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of English and Portuguese. (required)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships. (required)
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. (required)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. (required)
• Documentation management and ability to use project management tools. (required)
• Attention to details even under pressure. (required)
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. (required)
