Junior Recruiter
Actively participate in the entire recruitment cycle, sourcing talent through various channels. Collaborate with other company departments to achieve talent acquisition objectives. Be fully responsible for the attraction and selection process, including, but not limited to: screening CVs received from different sources, scheduling and conducting recruitment meetings and interviews, updating internal systems, advertising vacancies across all predefined channels, and liaising with external agencies. Take responsibility for suggesting and implementing specific ideas or improvements for the recruitment team. Drive initiatives and concepts related to talent attraction and selection.

- Completed or ongoing university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Journalism, or Marketing (required).
- Recruitment experience (required).
- Basic level of IT skills (required).
