Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Description

As a Compliance Specialist within the U.S. Regulatory Compliance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the company adheres to applicable gaming industry regulations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring compliance activities, conducting regulatory assessments, and ensuring that internal processes, policies, and procedures align with legal requirements. You will also manage tasks such as identifying and investigating compliance issues, developing documentation, and responding to regulatory inquiries. This role requires a highly collaborative, inquisitive, and solution-driven professional with a strong background in online gaming compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for completion and timely filing of gaming license applications (new and renewals) and quarterly business reports as required by gaming regulators on behalf of the Evolution group and principal employees.
  • Work as liaison with gaming regulators on behalf of the Evolution group for all licensing related matters.
  • Organize and maintain the collection of applications and all appropriate documentation with strict confidentiality.
  • Oversee investigative processes and liaison with internal team members and gaming regulators relating to such license applications.
  • Handle licensing issues and other related compliance matters in existing and future regulated markets.
  • Interact with employees to collect individual information which is extremely confidential and sensitive nature.
  • Review applications for completeness and follow up with employees to obtain the necessary information.
  • Maintain organized files for all license filings and related documentation.
  • Notarize documents as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with regulated gaming licensing requirements and application processing.
  • Ability to obtain a gaming license, if required.
  • Have interpersonal skills to communicate and work effectively with all business contacts.
  • Organized and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of PC computer software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe)
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
  • Frequently using wrist motion, dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and writing, typing on computer keyboard.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Must be detailed oriented and follow processes to ensure accurate output of work.
