Risk & Integrity System Analyst
The Risk and Integrity System Analyst will be responsible for identifying and assessing gaming domain risk areas and defining game protection solutions by defining and overseeing the implementation of operational procedures and software tools. This role involves analyzing, refining, and simplifying processes used by Risk Analysts, proactively seeking ways to reduce manual work by optimizing and automating existing processes and systems. The analyst will identify and assess internal and external game operational risks of existing and new game products, translate Game Integrity & Risk user requirements into a proper business proposal, and create and evaluate risk tools concept design and its planned function to produce the most efficient output for the Game Integrity & Risk department. Additionally, the role requires validating resources, conducting cost/benefit analysis for new red flag systems and other risk tools, monitoring deliverables, ensuring timely project completion, performing user acceptance testing, and preparing technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Identify and assess gaming domain risk areas.

- Analyze, refine and simplify processes used by Risk Analysts.

- Identify and assess internal and external game operational risks of existing and new game products.
- Translate Game Integrity & Risk user requirements into a proper business proposal.
- Create and evaluate risk tools concept design and its planned function.
- Validate resources and conduct cost / benefit analysis for new red flag systems and other risk tools.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Perform user acceptance testing.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- At least 3 years of experience and knowledge in data, system, or risk analysis.
- Good understanding of Probability, Statistics, and Combinatorics.
- Data Analysis skills, including but not limited to solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Creative, out of the box thinking mindset.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English to a high standard both verbal and written, for performing job duties - working with the company's internal systems and daily communication with other international departments.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Gross monthly salary: 2500–2900 EUR (depending on experience and competencies).
