Senior Compliance Lead - Products

Description

We are looking of a Senior Compliance Lead – Products to join the Group Compliance team and take global strategic responsibility for our existing and new products from a compliance perspective.

Responsibilities
  • You will be part of the central team, setting the strategy, advising the regional teams on complex questions, being an escalation point, and innovating our approach to our product delivery and roll-out
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in the regulatory landscape and perform analysis to assess them with respect to our products
  • You will work closely with the global Compliance team but also the Engineering and Product departments to ensure good collaboration for a smooth game delivery process and a fantastic roadmap
  • You will be the first Compliance member to touch on new concepts and revolutionary ideas, helping our Product and Engineering departments turning them into reality
  • You will facilitate training and assist in product launches in respect to complex and innovative products
  • Ensure that we have excellent product delivery procedures for all regions, markets and brands
  • Assist with the development of our business plans and ensure progress on our key objectives
  • Help to ensure that our customers get full support on everything concerning the compliance of our products
  • Provide guidance and assistance for the respective teams carrying out product and security audits
Requirements
  • At least 5 years in a responsible position working with online gaming products (on either the technical, compliance or testing side)
  • Wealth of knowledge about online gaming products (slots, live casino, RNG), their functionality and general regulatory requirements
  • Solid understanding of the iGaming business dynamics and relationships between different players
  • Strong analytical capabilities, solution-oriented approach
  • To be successful you must have a passion for the products you work with and keep expanding product knowledge
  • IT / technical background, tech-savvy, always keeping an eye on new technologies and trends changing the landscape
  • Straight to the point communication, excellent command of English language, both spoken and written
  • Diplomacy, ability to influence and negotiate the optimal solutions in the company’s interest
  • Ability working in a fast-paced environment requiring the collaboration of different teams and people to achieve the best possible outcome
