Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Engage online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts accurately
- Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly every shift
- Bring confidence, warmth, and personality to every shift
- Complete paid training through Evolution Academy
Requirements
- Have server, waitress, waiter, food runner, or restaurant experience
- Are comfortable being on camera
- Bring warmth, energy, and professionalism to every shift
- Can follow procedures consistently and accurately
- Are reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Want consistent pay instead of unpredictable tip nights
- Are open to evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable being on camera
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
- Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
- Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
- Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
Benefits
- $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
- Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
