Studio Support Specialist (Build Crew)
The Studio Support Specialist is responsible for setting up and maintaining gaming studio elements, including game tables, cameras, microphones, lighting, cabling, and decorative items.
- Assemble, install, and maintain studio components (game tables, cameras, microphones, lighting, decoration, infrastructure, etc.).
- Assist in developing assembly processes and ensuring deadlines.
- Request, control, and maintain equipment, tools, and materials.
- Follow applicable regulations (industry rules, internal policies).
- High school diploma or equivalent technical training.
- Experience with manual and electric tools.
- Ability to take measurements and use measuring instruments.
- Practical knowledge of various materials (wood, metal, plastic, carpet, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of electricity and electrical wiring.
- Knowledge of English or Spanish at A2 level or higher.
- Availability for overtime and emergency on-call shifts.
- Basic computer skills (email, instant messaging, Office suite or similar).
- Punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions (written and verbal).
- Availability for occasional travel (LatAm or abroad).
