Technical Compliance Team Lead (Products)

Description

Ensures the Live/RNG products, gambling features and concepts are compliant with all relevant technical regulations. Ensures recurrent jurisdictional audits are performed and with successful results to verify the continuity of the compliance of our products. Performs game and game concept analysis to identify risks. Maintains up to date the information of Evolution’s Group Game Portfolio. Detect and reports issues to the relevant stakeholders. Assist in finding a solution to those issues. Liaises with higher management, Internal/External teams, regulators, and clients to enable solutions for compliance within the relevant market and always ensure technical compliance. Investigates technical requirements for new markets and established markets and assists with developing solutions for these markets. Being the go-to person for senior management for questions related to the compliance of our products against the relevant technical standards. Works closely with the regulators to ensure the company is compliant, including acting as a point of contact for such bodies and to notify them of key events as required. Creates and control processes, procedures, and internal policies to prevent violations of technical guidelines. Evaluates and improves them continuously. Prepares reports for higher management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate. Coordinates, controls and monitors all the team members projects and activities. Monitors, develops, and supervises the team to achieve the goals that contribute to the growth of the organization. Motivate and inspire their team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility. Provides training as needed. Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • 5+ years experience within iGaming and a robust understanding of online gaming legislation
  • Experience within iGaming and an understanding of online gaming legislation
  • Experience of leading and developing high performing international & remote teams
  • A relevant University Degree, ideally Information Systems or Computer Sciences, is essential.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Additional languages will be considered an asset.
  • Understanding of industry best practice standards and requirements.
