Technical Operations Lead
This is a managerial position taking leadership, responsibility and accountability over Technical Operations Department presence, activities and actions in Lithuania. Manages Technical Operations team, delegates tasks, shares information within the team and provides feedback to the team. Manages and participates in studio equipment build processes, plans resources. Keeps timelines for projects and delegated tasks. Organizes and participates in the studio infrastructure maintenance and repair works. Evaluates suppliers and procures equipment, tools and materials required for R&D, builds and maintenance. Participates in R&D and solution design process. Participates in new employees' selection and training. Participates in employee performance and development review and planning. Prepares and provides required reports, provides needed information to management and other departments. Performs other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position.
- Responsible for team leadership, workflow delegation, and project execution.
- Managing studio infrastructure, vendor relations, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in math, engineering, IT or management).
- At least C1 (Advanced user) level of English language skills.
- At least two years’ hands-on experience in IT, electronics or engineering field.
- Vendor management experience.
- Technical background with broadcast equipment; lighting and staging equipment and techniques will be considered as advantage.
- People management experience 2+ years.
