Technical Operations Manager
The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for the team of Support Specialists and Manages and participates in the studio equipment build process, resource planning and managing projects; Organizes and participates in the studio infrastructure maintenance and repair works; Ensures uninterrupted work of studio technical equipment; Evaluates suppliers and procures equipment, tools and materials required for R&D, builds and maintenance; Participates in R&D and solution design process; Participates in new employees selection and training; Provides required reports.

- Ensures uninterrupted work of studio technical equipment.
- Evaluates suppliers and procures equipment, tools and materials required for R&D, builds and maintenance.
- Participates in R&D and solution design process.
- Participates in new employees selection and training.
- Provides required reports.
- 2 years of experience in team management (required).
- Experience in managing vendors (required).
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Maths, Engineering, IT or Management) (required).
- C1 (advanced user) level of English (required).
- Project management and planning skills (required).
- Good judgement, logical thinker and detail oriented (required).
- Technical background with broadcast equipment; lighting and staging equipment will be considered an advantage (nice-to-have).
