Accountant

Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Accountant to become part of our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and contributing to the financial success of a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities
  • General accounting and bookkeeping according to international and industry-specific accounting requirements.
  • Perform reconciliations, clearings, and closing tasks (accruals).
  • Bank reconciliation, posting, and balance sheet review.
  • Update financial data in a timely manner, ensuring that it is accurate.
  • Assist with month-end reporting and other ad hoc presentations to the business/Group finance.
  • Assist with annual audits and financial statements.
  • Participate in the optimization of accounting processes.
  • Assist with other accounting routines and financial management tasks.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • The ability to interpret and apply accounting standards accurately in day‑to‑day work and during period‑end close.
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (very good Excel skills).
  • Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to new challenges.
