Description

FanDuel is looking for a Learning & Development Partner to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programmes that drive employee growth, capability building, and business performance. This role plays a key part in executing high-quality learning experiences across the organisation, spanning programme coordination, LMS management, vendor support, and stakeholder engagement, while contributing ideas that enhance the overall learning ecosystem.

This role partners closely with the Director of Learning & Development, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, HRIS, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, engaging, and scalable learning experiences across our global workforce. The Learning & Development Partner will manage multiple programmes simultaneously, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure a seamless end-to-end learner journey.

Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of enterprise learning programmes, including planning, coordination, scheduling, facilitation, and execution across in-person, virtual, hybrid, and eLearning formats.
  • Partner with the Director of Learning & Development to implement the enterprise learning roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and capability priorities.
  • Ensure high-quality programme delivery by applying established standards, maintaining consistency, and monitoring participant experience.
  • Anticipate programme needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support facilitation of learning sessions where appropriate, ensuring an engaging and effective learner experience.
  • Manage day-to-day learning operations, including course setup, LMS content uploads, learner assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain data accuracy and generate reports to track programme participation, completion, and overall effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve programme processes and user experience, recommending enhancements where appropriate.
  • Support the integration of new tools, platforms, learning technologies, and generative AI tools as needed.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across business units to support training needs and ensure alignment with enterprise learning standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to support programme delivery, including scheduling, communications, and quality assurance.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of timelines, expectations, and outcomes.
  • Escalate risks or challenges appropriately and propose solutions to maintain progress.
  • Support the development and execution of communications to promote learning programmes and drive participation.
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with the broader learning strategy.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance engagement in a hybrid learning environment.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of programme goals and expectations.
  • Anticipate challenges and contribute solutions that improve team efficiency and programme outcomes.
  • Mentor other team members and support teammates by sharing knowledge and helping drive progress across initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or a related field (required)
  • Experience supporting the coordination and delivery of learning or talent programmes in a corporate environment (required)
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (required)
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate and 360Learning (nice-to-have)
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously (required)
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors (required)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
  • Experience supporting hybrid learning environments (virtual, in-person, and eLearning) (required)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate with increasing ownership and autonomy (required)
  • Passion for building engaging, scalable, and employee-centred learning experiences (required)
