Commercial Strategy Manager, Pokerstars
FanDuel is looking for a for a dynamic and insightful Commercial Strategy Manager to join our team in North America. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing our commercial strategies, driving business growth, and optimizing our market position. You'll work closely with senior leadership to identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop actionable plans that translate into tangible results.
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and monitor key business KPIs and ensure we have a harmonious ecoysystem to deliver our commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Ops, Marketing, Product, and Finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of commercial initiatives
- Play a key role in the forecasting & goal setting process alongside analytics & finance. This role will be critical for setting expectations across the org to achieve commercial results.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Analyze business data, customer insights, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize commercial effectiveness.
- Develop and present compelling business cases, strategic plans, and performance reports to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Proven experience in a commercial strategy, business development, or similar role, preferably within online gaming.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in market research techniques and competitive analysis.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
