Customer Growth Associate
Our roster has an opening with your name on it FanDuel’s looking for a Customer Growth Associate to join the Casino Growth team to help bring FanDuel’s promotional strategy to life. You will play a key role in supporting FanDuel Canada’s retention strategy while having lots of cross-functional exposure to teams including but not limited to: Commercial, Analytics, Brand, Product, and Customer Service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team and learn how the business operates at a world class gaming company. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
- Support in the end-to-end promotion creation process for Casino: including design, testing, setup, publishing, QA, fulfillment, and merchandising in-app
- Assist in performance tracking and reporting for Casino promotions, including FanDuel Casino’s loyalty program, delivering clear insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns across all customer value segments
- Improve the quality, scale, and efficiency of Growth Operations processes and tooling, helping the team deliver high-impact promotions and continuously evolve ways of working
- Collaborate closely with key partners in Marketing, Commercial, Product and Customer Service to plan and deliver promotional campaigns and long-term improvements
- Act as a primary source of knowledge on the customer experience and provide feedback on strategic issues and opportunities across the business
- 2+ years of experience working in a marketing environment
- Strong numerical skills, including data analysis and Excel proficiency
- Quick learner with strong communication and exceptional organizational skills
- Great colleague and teammate, willing to roll up sleeves to complete tasks
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Experience monitoring and tracking KPIs
- Process oriented with focus on proactive planning & scheduling
- Experience using Excel, Knime, SQL, Photoshop, and CRM platforms is a plus
- Required occasionally to work flexible hours including some evenings or weekends around the sporting calendars
