Senior Analyst
As a Senior Analyst in Betting, Product and Data Science within Customer Value and Generosity, you will join the Value Team to help shape and evaluate Sportsbet’s Customer Generosity Program. You will contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of key generosity initiatives, using thoughtful analysis and experimentation to understand how generosity can be targeted, measured, and optimised. Working closely with proposition leads and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help deliver the right generosity to the right customer at the right time, supported by clear strategy, governance, and shared accountability for outcomes.
- Lead the design, execution, and analysis of promotional tests and campaigns to measure impact and inform decisions
- Design robust testing approaches, monitor tests throughout delivery, and ensure data quality and reliability
- Analyse results to understand what worked, what did not, and why, translating findings into clear recommendations
- Build and maintain a library of past tests, documenting learnings and refining testing methods over time
- Develop dashboards and reporting that clearly communicate performance, trends, and customer response
- Provide senior analytical leadership by mentoring others, setting quality standards, and solving complex analytical problems
- Strong SQL capability and confidence working with complex datasets (required)
- Experience using Power BI or similar tools to build dashboards and visual reports (required)
- Proven ability to communicate insights through clear, compelling data storytelling (required)
- Experience designing and analysing tests or experiments to measure impact (required)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions constructively (required)
- Three to five years’ experience in an analytical or commercial analytics role, or equivalent depth through related experience (required)
