CRM Manager

Description

We are seeking a CRM Manager to oversee our customer relationship management strategies and systems. This role is crucial for enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth through effective CRM implementation and utilisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CRM platform, analysing customer data, and developing strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage and optimise the CRM platform to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
  • Create and deliver regular reports on CRM performance and key metrics.
  • Train and support users on the effective use of the CRM system.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in CRM management or a similar role. (required)
