Game Producer

Description

As a Game Producer, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, engaging games from concept to launch. You’ll act as the central point of coordination across teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. You’ll champion the player experience while driving efficient production processes, continuous improvement, and team performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end game production across multiple projects and development phases
  • Own roadmap delivery, sprint planning, and feature prioritization
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and release documentation
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Oversee testing and validation of features to meet defined requirements
  • Secure necessary approvals and ensure alignment with production standards
  • Lead and mentor a cross-disciplinary team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and act as Scrum Master
  • Manage team performance, conduct appraisals, and provide continuous feedback
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
  • Align team goals with company strategy and ensure resource optimization
  • Promote engagement, accountability, and professional development within the team
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Provide clear, transparent updates on project status, risks, and timelines
  • Advocate for the game vision, player experience, and business objectives
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery
  • Escalate risks and issues proactively and effectively
  • Research industry trends, competitor products, and player preferences
  • Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions for new game concepts
  • Conduct post-mortems to identify learnings and implement best practices
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the studio
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or game development
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
  • High level of accountability and ownership
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Passion for creating engaging player experiences
  • Familiarity with gameplay features in online casino or slot games is advantageous
