Partnership Manager

Description

As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with a portfolio of key, high-value customers, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring long-term partnership success. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is both commercially minded and relationship-focused, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where they can directly influence results.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve partner performance
  • Lead commercial discussions, including promotions and agreements
  • Proactively monitor account performance and provide insights to internal teams
  • Deliver structured account planning to stay ahead of customer needs and challenges
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Games, Operations) to ensure effective delivery and promotion of content
  • Work closely with Product and Games teams to ensure content is delivered and promoted effectively
  • Gather and share customer feedback to support future product development
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service
  • Proactively solve problems and identify ways to improve performance
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in account management, partnerships, or sales, preferably within an e-gaming, casino, or B2B Gaming environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence in handling negotiations
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions
  • A proactive and solution-focused mindset
