Technical Coordinator
We’re looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our Technical Services team at Games Global. This role is all about making integrations run smoothly — from onboarding new customers and providers to coordinating updates, launches, and technical deliveries across multiple teams. You’ll work closely with Product, Development, DevOps, Compliance, Sales, and Partnerships to make sure projects stay on track and customers receive a great experience. If you enjoy solving problems, managing multiple moving parts, and working with both technical teams and customers, this could be a great fit.
- Managing the onboarding and delivery of integrations for new and existing customers
- Coordinating integration updates including wallets, provider updates, and client changes
- Keeping projects moving and making sure deadlines and milestones are met
- Working with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrations successfully
- Monitoring integrations in progress and resolving issues where needed
- Supporting customers as they launch into new markets
- Working closely with Sales, Compliance, Partnerships, Product, and technical teams
- Improving processes and helping make integrations easier and more efficient
- Acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in technical coordination, integrations, onboarding, or project delivery
- A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
- An understanding of casino or aggregation platforms
- Experience working with technical and product teams
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- The ability to manage several projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working with stakeholders and managing expectations
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
