Release Manager & Compliance Officer

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Release Manager & Compliance Officer to spearhead our app submission strategy and maintain our reputation across major app stores. Your mission is simple but critical: Ensure every release is seamless and most importantly - compliant.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end release process for iOS and Android, ensuring all assets, metadata, and privacy labels are accurate.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Policies.
  • Conduct "pre-flight" reviews of new features to identify potential compliance hurdles before they hit the submission queue.
  • When rejections occur, you will lead the post-mortem to document the "why" and update internal checklists to prevent recurrence.
  • Work closely with Developers and Product Managers to align roadmap features with evolving store requirements.
  • Manage all correspondence with App Store reviewers, handling appeals and clarifications with professional tact.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in Mobile Release Management, App QA, or a Compliance-heavy role within a tech organization.
  • You don't need to code, but you must be comfortable navigating App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
  • You look beyond the current release to see how shifting store policies might impact our 6-month roadmap.
Benefits
  • Fully remote flexibility!
  • Collaborate with A+ players from across 40 different countries.
  • Generous holiday time.
  • Take a minimum of 2 months of parental leave 100% paid.
  • Company/department team gatherings, online events, cozy office in Thailand if you are based there or you want to visit.
  • Build your career path with us. Every January, we reassess salaries based on your performance and commitment, valuing dedication and fostering growth.
  • Insurance coverage for all employees once the probationary period of 3 months has been successfully completed.
  • Salary range that respects your profile, experience, and location.
