The potential is enormous. The infrastructure is in place. What's missing is the person who will make it all take off. We are GreenTomatoMedia, an atypical company based in Thailand. - Build the media's editorial line: topics, angles, tone, positioning, publication rhythm
- Hunt for high-potential topics through your daily monitoring of AI, tech, innovation, and their impacts on society and the economy
- Test, iterate, and find formats that work in a sector evolving at breakneck speed
- Analyze performance and continuously adjust the strategy
- Work in tandem with an expert YouTube strategist (5+ years of experience) who has already scaled multiple channels
- Write and oversee scripts that transform the latest AI and tech advancements into captivating content, with a direct tone and a good dose of storytelling
- Coordinate production with the existing editing team
- Collaborate with the partnerships manager to integrate collaborations
- Ensure editorial excellence: solid sourcing, rigorous fact-checking, zero approximations, especially on a subject rife with disinformation
- Use AI daily, don't just talk about it. You must be a power user of the tools you cover
- X (Twitter): the natural playground for the tech community. Reactivity, analysis threads, engagement
- Newsletter: leverage synergy with the existing base of 90,000 readers to accelerate growth
- Launch new channels
- Capitalize on synergies with other group media to boost acquisition
- Native French speaker. Linguistic nuances are extremely important.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI, tech, and innovation. Professional background, publications, created content, personal projects, open-source contributions, or anything that proves you don't just skim the surface of the subject.
- You understand tech in depth. No need to be a developer, but you know what an LLM is, you understand the difference between fine-tuning and RAG, and you don't confuse GPU and CPU.
- You KNOW how to write. Portfolio to support this.
- You know how to manage a project. Organize, decide, prioritize, deliver. Not just execute.
- Audiovisual or YouTube experience
- You are an AI power user. Not just ChatGPT: you test new models, you automate your workflows, you have an opinion on Claude vs GPT vs Gemini vs open source.
- You have already launched or grown a tech media outlet or community.
- You master social networks: Instagram, X, Facebook, Telegram
- You speak English. Essential for tech monitoring (90% of sources are in English) and for future internationalization projects.
