Internal Events & Engagement Manager

Description

Own internal events from concept to execution across online, offline, and hybrid formats. Design engaging employee experiences, including seasonal celebrations, team-building activities, workshops, challenges, trips, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Create and manage branded corporate merchandise from idea to controlling the process of production and delivery. Collaborate closely with other departments to align on messaging and goals. Coordinate vendors, venues, catering, travel logistics, production, and event budgets with strong attention to detail. Manage the internal events calendar, ensuring a balanced mix of initiatives that support company culture and business priorities. Gather feedback and event insights to continuously improve engagement and event quality. Oversee photo and video production, ensuring high-quality content that reflects our brand standards. Stay on top of employee engagement, event, and experience-design trends, bringing fresh ideas and new formats to the team.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in event management (required).
  • Proven experience delivering successful online and offline events independently (required).
  • Proven experience creating branded merchandise from scratch, including concept development, vendor sourcing, production, and quality control (required).
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously (required).
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of modern event and brand experiences (required).
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher (required).
  • Experience in tech, iGaming, startups, or other high-growth international companies (nice-to-have).
