Product Manager
Our client is an international online gaming company focused on delivering engaging and innovative gaming experiences, leveraging modern technologies to provide high-quality products and services for a global audience. - Own the iGaming product roadmap
- Define and execute product vision aligned with growth, retention, and monetisation goals
- Improve the end-to-end user journey to drive engagement and long-term retention
- Identify opportunities and validate hypotheses using data, user behaviour, and market insights
- Run experiments (A/B testing) and scale successful solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Payments, BI & Analytics, Design, and other teams
- Define product requirements and ensure high-quality, timely delivery
- Monitor competitors’ products, unique selling propositions (USPs), bonus strategies, and features to identify market opportunities and maintain competitive advantage
- Monitor product performance and continuously optimise based on data and user feedback
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality user experience across all touchpoints
- Solid experience in Product Management within high-load B2C products, where speed, metrics, and customer experience are critical
- Understanding of iGaming products, including casino mechanics, bonus systems, loyalty programs, and core product metrics
- Strong analytical skills — ability to break down funnels, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (business, design, engineering, analytics)
- High level of ownership, proactivity, and ability to work autonomously
- Systems thinking — ability to see the bigger picture and understand product interdependencies
- Upper Intermediate English (spoken and written)
- Data-driven mindset, attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
