Senior Payment Operation Specialist
This role is for a Senior Payment Operation Specialist within an international online gaming company that offers sports betting and casino services, with a strong presence in Latin America. The company focuses on delivering a high-quality, personalised gaming experience through advanced technology and localised services. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing payment processing operations, ensuring the smooth performance of payment methods, and resolving payment-related issues.
- Oversee payment processing operations within the assigned market.
- Ensure the smooth performance and availability of payment methods.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate payment-related issues to relevant providers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with customer support, marketing, and other stakeholders on payment processing requests and inquiries.
- 3+ years as a billing/payments manager/specialist or similar role in online payments (required).
- Confident in dealing with numbers and processing of financial/transactional information (required).
- Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user (required).
- Good understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows (required).
- Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners (required).
- Good understanding of payment and transactional systems and services (required).
- Attention to details (required).
- Multitasking, quick task execution (required).
- High level of communication skills (required).

- Ability to perform autonomy and take decisions on payment distribution (required).
