Bingo Coordinator
We’re looking for a Bingo Coordinator to join our Games Team and support the ongoing development and performance of our Bingo offering. Reporting to the Head of Product Operations, you will work closely with internal teams and third-party providers to help deliver a smooth and engaging Bingo experience for our players. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the iGaming industry and an interest in Bingo who is eager to grow within a supportive, collaborative environment. You will play a key role in daily operations, content coordination, and performance tracking.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Bingo product, helping to ensure smooth gameplay and a high-quality player experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, CRM, and Customer Support to align campaigns and player communications.
- Help monitor game schedules, promotions, and player activity.
- Support the execution of Bingo promotions and content updates.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve operational issues.
- Contribute to reporting and analysis on product performance, using data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Help maintain compliance by staying up to date with licensing requirements and platform standards.
- Act as a point of contact for Bingo-related queries within the business.
- Experience working within the iGaming industry (required).
- Previous experience working with online Bingo (preferred).
- A keen interest in Bingo and player engagement (required).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail (required).
- Comfortable working with data and basic reporting tools (e.g., Excel) (required).
- Clear communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams (required).
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in the role (required).
