Responsibilities
- You participate in processing the files of our Partner Merchants to ensure the compliance of documents within the framework of approvals or transfers.
- As such, you are required to update the management tools available to you.
- You assist Partner Merchants by phone by centralizing all incoming requests and communicating the collected information to the various stakeholders in your agency.
- You contribute to commercial organization by ensuring the logistics of training and events for Partner Merchants, physical reception of clients, and data entry and follow-up of agency purchases.
Requirements
