You will support the Project Managers of the Responsible Gaming team in implementing actions to prevent underage gambling and combat excessive gambling, for Online Lottery and Retail Lottery and Sports Betting activities in the French market. You will report to the Responsible Gaming Lottery and Retail Sports France team, within the Sustainability and Engagement Department.
Responsibilities
- Formalize Responsible Gaming recommendations for the Lottery and Sports France Business Unit teams, to ensure the attractiveness of offers and promotional actions while guaranteeing their compliance with the FDJ United policy.
- Participate in various contributions addressed to the National Gaming Authority (ANJ): gaming authorization or re-authorization files, responses to ANJ requests, etc.
- Contribute to the optimization of Responsible Gaming tools, in conjunction with the Lottery and Sports France BU teams.
- Participate in strengthening the gaming practices moderation trajectory, particularly in conjunction with moderators on fdj.fr.
- Participate in the preparation of Responsible Gaming governance bodies: development of materials for the Lottery and Sports France Responsible Gaming Committees, Responsible Gaming Expert Committee, etc.
Requirements
- Master's degree from a business school, political science, communication, university... with a specialization in marketing, CSR, public affairs, or equivalent
- Rigor, anticipation, and good organizational skills
- Strong writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Adaptability and open-mindedness to cross-functional and evolving topics
