Marketing & CRM Officer - M/F - Internship

This internship is for a Marketing & CRM Officer (M/F) within FDJ United. The role involves contributing to the commercial planning for the ZEturf brand, drafting client communications such as newsletters and notifications based on sports, commercial, and product calendars. It also includes implementing commercial communication for in-app clients (banners, pop-ins, Webviews) and managing ZEturf's self-promotion zones on web and mobile. The intern will animate applications daily in relation to sports events, participate in highlighting ZEturf's offers and products (boosted odds, reports, Combi Boosté, challenges) across all channels according to the defined calendar, and contribute to coordinating key client moments (product/news/promotions) while ensuring communication to the client base. The role also involves collecting KPIs from expert teams to populate performance dashboards, establishing synergies to improve business with Unibet offers (sports betting/Poker), and contributing to operational excellence through proposing and writing new content and conducting A/B tests. A continuous watch on competitor operators and sharing best practices within the team is also expected. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports and sports betting, enjoys working across multiple brands and markets, and ideally has knowledge of horse racing betting.

• Contribution to the construction of the commercial plan for the ZEturf brand
• Drafting communications intended for our clients (Newsletter, notifications, etc.) based on the sports/commercial/product calendar
• Implementation of commercial communication for in-app clients (banners, pop-ins, Webviews...) ZEturf self-promotion zones (Web/Mobile)
• Daily animation of applications in connection with sports events
• Participation in highlighting ZEturf's offer and products (boosted odds, reports, Combi Boosté, challenges...) across all channels in accordance with the defined calendar
• Contribution to the coordination of key client moments (product/news/promotions) and ensuring communication to the client base
• Collection of KPIs from expertise areas to populate Performance dashboards
• Implementation of synergies to improve business with Unibet offers (sports betting/Poker)
• Contribution to the development of operational excellence: proposing and writing new content, A/B tests, ...)
• Continuous monitoring of competitor operators and sharing best practices within the team.

• You are pursuing a traditional marketing or digital professions degree at Bac+4-5 level.
• You excel with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• You recognize yourself in the following behavioral skills: creativity, curiosity, sense of humor, secret talent of a future writer.
• You have excellent knowledge of sports AND sports betting.
• You have a strong appetite for marketing and communication: writing and editorial skills.
• You have mastery of the Office suite, particularly Excel.
• You have knowledge of CRM campaign management tools (ideally Batch & Salesforce).
• You have knowledge of tools like Photoshop and ideally HTML.
