Responsibilities
- Personnel administration: employment offers, sending welcome emails and documents, drafting contracts, onboarding new employees, monitoring probationary periods, drafting amendments, monitoring medical appointments;
- Payroll: entering variable payroll data, overtime and on-call allowances, monitoring daily work schedules, verifying payslips;
- Internal communication & engagement: organizing internal events for employees, creating internal communication materials;
- Training / development: monitoring mandatory training and the training budget, preparing internal training, developing training materials;
- Recruitment: creating and posting ads on our job boards, screening applications, participating in interviews and providing feedback to candidates, school relations & apprenticeship campaigns;
- Company events & CSR: creating an environment that fosters good working relationships, regularly organizing company events involving employees (team building, IT Day, company parties).
Requirements
- You are in training for social law, human resources management (Bac+4 / Bac+5) and wish to evolve within a structure of approximately 100 employees across several companies and countries ;
- You have a good knowledge of social law legislation and regulations ;
- You excel on Microsoft Office Pack tools ;
- You have excellent organizational and rigor skills ;
- You recognize yourself in the following behavioral skills: listening skills, emotional intelligence, curiosity, team spirit ;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and very good oral and written communication ;
- You exercise the utmost discretion regarding confidential and sensitive subjects.
