Data Supply Project Manager
As part of the development of data activities within the Saint-Witz and Saint-Mard Logistics Warehouse, we are looking for a Data Supply Chain Project Manager to strengthen the Projects & Quality team and support the transformation of our tools and processes. You will join a team of about sixty employees composed of project managers, Planning & Transport teams, Operations teams, as well as data specialists (Power BI, BO...). You will interact daily with the three logistics project managers, the data teams, and the field teams. Your role will be to manage and evolve data tools and logistics processes, in order to improve the operational performance of the warehouse, make analyses reliable, and support teams in adopting new tools (Report Builder, SQL, Power BI...). You will also be required to understand operational flows to propose adapted and feasible solutions.
- Manage the evolution of logistics data tools: analyze current Business Objects (BO) usage, monitor report migrations, and propose replacement solutions (SQL, Report Builder...) to optimize the quality and reliability of analyses.
- Develop the logistics forecasting model: integrate business evolutions (re-sectorization, new product ranges...), and leverage AI to refine projections and share results with procurement teams and business analysts.
- Optimize the processing of preparation anomalies by monitoring indicators, automate manual reprocessing, write functional specifications, and support the implementation of changes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the warehouse by participating in the evolution of field tools (scanners, automated lines, racks...), and write operating procedures for users.
- Ensure project coordination with Data, Operations, Transport/Planning teams and logistics project managers, conduct testing, acceptance, and lead regular progress meetings.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, with a strong interest in supply chain, data, and project management.
- Previous experience in an industrial and/or logistics environment.
- Strong analytical skills in data management and advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power BI/BO, advanced functions).
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse profiles (operations, data, project managers...)
- Autonomy and organization.
