By joining the Commercial Department of FDJ Réseau, you will be part of a commercial subsidiary undergoing transformation, within a human-sized group. Within the Moirans agency, a team with multiple skills works hand in hand to support and retain our Partner Merchants. As part of our apprenticeship campaign, we are looking for our future Remote Sales Representative for the 2026/2027 academic year.
Responsibilities
- You will support our Partner Merchants by phone, remotely animating the points of sale in the portfolio assigned to you, on a regular basis.
- You will encourage and engage our Partner Merchants in the success of FDJ.
- You will play a genuine advisory role with them by assisting them in managing their stock, presenting them with our latest news, and ensuring the quality of follow-up on their requests.
- You will be a promoter of the entire FDJ offering (draw games, scratch cards, sports betting) by adapting your calls according to the different profiles of Partner Merchants with whom you will share your knowledge of FDJ products.
Requirements
- You are preparing for a commercial or administrative diploma at Bac+3 level (e.g., Bachelor's degree).
- You are curious and organized to best prepare your calls.
- Your interpersonal skills allow you to be comfortable in all circumstances and build quality relationships with your various contacts.
- You are driven by a taste for challenge and a sense of customer service.
- Your little extra: you have an interest in FDJ products and universe.
