Description

As part of an increased workload, we are quickly looking for an experienced Human Business and Change Partner (HBCP) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the HBCP Manager in charge of the International Lottery Business Unit of the FDJ UNITED Group, your role will be to support Managers and employees within your international scope in operationalizing HR policies, enabling the company to meet its strategic challenges. You will work daily in an international environment, where English will be your working language 70% of the time.

Responsibilities
  • As a true Business Partner, you will deploy HR development policies concerning employment, training, and GEPP (skills management and career development) to your internal clients, while ensuring daily individual and collective support for employees in your scope.
  • You will be responsible for personnel administration, from the entry to the exit of your employees, within your scope (liaison with local firms, management of local contracts, etc.).
  • In partnership with Managers, you will contribute to identifying and developing employee skills with the aim of retaining our talent and increasing their sense of belonging.
  • You will work in collaboration with the various entities of the HR Department, contributing to the evolution of the function through various cross-functional projects such as: the implementation of new organizations, the evolution of tools, practices...
  • You will keep your population informed of the various HR highlights (performance review campaigns, training arbitration, salary policy, etc.).
Requirements
  • You have a degree in HR and/or Labor Law (Master's degree).
  • You have 5 to 7 years of experience as an HRBP or HR generalist and have managed a complete HR cycle for a defined scope (performance reviews, career interviews, compensation campaigns, career development, employee surveys, etc.), in multi-site and international environments.
  • You have worked for at least 2 years in a high-growth international environment and have a perfect command of English (daily exchanges with international teams).
  • Your previous experiences have allowed you to evolve in transforming/growing environments and thus develop skills in talent acquisition, training, GEPP, and labor law.
  • You enjoy challenges and adapt quickly to all situations.
  • You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple subjects simultaneously with full autonomy.
  • You are an excellent communicator (both oral and written) and you are an active listener: you have always provided valuable support to your clients and managers.
  • You are enthusiastic and eager to become a key member of a high-performing team!
