- Be an expert in commercial business processes and their specificities, and be proactive in ensuring they fit as much as possible within the standard of the chosen CRM.
- Coordinate, mobilize, and synthesize the needs of business units during scoping phases: identify contributors, prepare workshops, draft requirements, prioritize, and participate in the selection of the CRM solution.
- Define and defend the business standards to be integrated into the CRM, ensuring they remain as close as possible to the native capabilities of market solutions.
- Contribute to change management within the Commercial Department: communication, training to foster CRM adoption and business practices related to process evolution, and a continuous improvement approach for the CRM with the teams.
- Participate in all CRM project workstreams and occasionally intervene on other projects related to commercial transformation.
- Graduate of higher education, Bac+5 level (Business School, Engineering School).
- Significant experience of at least 10 years in key positions related to project management and commercial transformation, in a Sales Excellence unit, or Sales/CRM Consulting.

- Comfortable with market CRM concepts and CRM culture (functional/process/data).
- Strong ability to manage strategic transformation projects by combining organizational skills (ability to structure, plan, prioritize, and follow up), leadership, and cross-functional coordination by uniting the various project stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills that will enable the pedagogical rollout of this project, giving it meaning, within a global transformation context.
