Group Employer Brand Manager
In a context of Group transformation and structuring, we are looking for a Group Employer Brand Manager on a permanent contract (CDI). Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Social Innovation, you will support FDJ UNITED in strengthening its Employer Brand to support its challenges of attractiveness, engagement, and talent retention in France and internationally. You will define and manage the Group's Employer Brand strategy in collaboration with various stakeholders (HR, Corporate Communications, Business Units, etc.) and ensure its consistency and alignment with the company's strategy to maximize its business impact and performance.
- You will ensure the consistency of Employer Brand messages, initiatives, and priorities across all Group BUs and subsidiaries.
- You will design and lead an ambitious and structured editorial dynamic, by managing the production of high-impact content highlighting professions, career paths, and employer identity.
- You will deploy targeted media and channel strategies (social networks, careers site, job boards) to enhance visibility and attractiveness to strategic talent.
- You will structure and coordinate school relations and key partnerships, in line with the Group's priority skills challenges.
- You will design and manage the Group framework for the onboarding journey, ensuring continuity between candidate experience and employee experience.
- You will monitor the performance and impact of Employer Brand actions using KPIs, with a logic of continuous improvement and data-driven management.
- At least 7 years of confirmed experience in employer branding / HR communication, in an international and matrix environment.
- An appetite for HR innovation, transformation environments, and candidate and employee experience challenges.
- An ability to combine strategic vision and operational execution, with performance management via KPIs, in a results-oriented logic.
- An influencing capacity to unite, engage, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (current level essential).
