As part of business growth, we are looking for our future Helpdesk Technician on a permanent contract in Bordeaux.
- You take calls, gather needs, qualify and resolve requests and incidents within the scope of Level 1 competencies, and escalate to Level 2 when the request or problem requires it, by relying on existing procedures.
- You assist clients with setting up their equipment by guiding them remotely.
- You ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- You demonstrate perfect oral fluency and good written expression.
- You already have experience in customer support and are comfortable with the IT environment.
- You demonstrate autonomy and proactivity.
- You are recognized for your rigor and analytical skills.
