Level 1 Customer Support Technician

As part of business growth, we are looking for our future Helpdesk Technician on a permanent contract (CDI) in Bordeaux.
- You take calls, gather needs, qualify and resolve requests and incidents within the scope of level 1 competencies, and escalate to level 2 when the request or problem proves necessary, by relying on existing procedures.
- You assist clients with the setup of their equipment by guiding them remotely.
- You ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- You demonstrate perfect oral fluency and good written expression.
- You have prior experience in customer support and are comfortable with the IT environment.
- You show autonomy and proactivity.
