Talent Partner
As a successful high growth media business, operating across the world we are looking for a successful Talent Partner to join our global team, situated in our offices in Bratislava. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for hiring positions across a variety of skill sets, initially your focus will be on engineering positions in Bratislava, but there will be opportunity to recruit for other roles outside engineering and beyond Slovakia. You'll be partnering with our global hiring team to generate and maintain a network of top talent supporting our business growth and directly impact our ability to build a world-class team that drives our ambitious goals. We are looking for someone who is confident in sourcing & candidate attraction, as many of our hires will be starting from zero. You will have end to end ownership of your assigned roles.
- Develop recruitment strategies for Talent Attraction
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including, but not limited to, sourcing, applicant screening, facilitating interviews, advising hiring managers and extending job offers
- Provide effective end-to-end recruitment solutions by partnering with hiring managers to understand their requirements, provide sourcing strategies, and engage new talent.
- Design and execute creative, multi-channel opportunities for sourcing passive and active candidates.
- Ensure data integrity and support talent reporting through effective use of our ATS.
- Act as a strategic partner and provide training, guidance & coaching to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and interview techniques.
- Contribute/run projects that align to process improvement with the Talent Team
- Be an AI champion – using it to drive process maturity & provide insights & data
- Use data – Internal & external to drive decisions in the recruitment process
- You have a strong background in sourcing Engineering Talent in Slovakian market (required).
- Internal Talent experience isn’t essential (nice-to-have).
