HR Data Analyst
We are looking for a candidate to join the HR Department as an HR Data Analyst. The role involves collecting, updating, and analyzing HR data from company systems, preparing periodic reports and dashboards to support management, and monitoring key HR indicators. The position also includes supporting comparative analyses and internal/external benchmarking, ensuring the quality and consistency of data in HR databases, and assisting in the preparation of presentations and documentation supporting HR processes. Participation in cross-functional projects aimed at improving HR processes is also expected.
- Collecting, updating, and analyzing HR data from company systems
- Preparing periodic reports and dashboards to support management
- Monitoring key HR indicators (KPIs)
- Supporting comparative analyses and internal/external benchmarking
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of data in HR databases
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations and documentation supporting HR processes
- Participating in cross-functional projects aimed at improving HR processes
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, or Statistics
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (databases, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
