Assistant Controller
Assistant Controller Moonshot Marketing is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you’ll support core financial processes, assist in reporting and analysis, and help ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial visibility across the organization. You’ll work closely with the Controller and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Assist with monthly and yearly closing of financial reporting.
- Perform ongoing expenses and payment control.
- Cash flow management and forecasting.
- Full responsibility for the subsidiaries’ accounting and reporting.
- Lead monthly Budget vs. Actual variance analysis and reporting.
- Manage fixed assets (control, capitalization, and depreciation).
- Improve financial workflows and internal controls.
- Ad-hoc financial projects across other companies within the group.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller in a global high-tech company – Mandatory.
- Big4 background - Mandatory.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Mandatory.
- Strong financial understanding and data analysis skills.
- High proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas) - Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems is mandatory, NetSuite - an advantage.
- High English Proficiency (spoken & written) - Mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
